What to expect

  • Wear athletic clothes, sneakers and bring water. Hand wraps are required, pick up a pair before your first session. Gloves are recommended, if you don't have them yet, we can help you figure out what to get before your second session.


  • Yes. Temporary-use lockers are available. Bring your own lock. Ask the front desk if you’re interested in locker rentals.

  • None at all. Private sessions are designed to meet you where you are, whether you've never thrown a punch or you're coming back after years away.

  • If you specifically choose to spar and compete.
